Our casual classes are perfect for anyone that needs to book as they go! Class passes are also available in studio to help you save when purchasing multiple classes at a time!

Heels Dance

Pop on your favourite pair of heels and join Buki to learn a saucy choreographed burlesque style routine. This is an class for the open minded, as we push the boundaries to let everyone shake it out with confidence. Class is open to everyone over the age of 18. Alternative level sessions available depending on your dance experience. Classes run Wednesday nights at 6pm & 7pm.

Stretch

A class that is designed to improve your overall flexibility, strength and stability throughout your body. Utilising your body with a range of props to help open up tight areas, relieve stress and tension while increasing mobility; you will see improvements each week. Whether you’re looking to improve your splits & backbends, or you’re just after a stretch relief, this class is open to all. Classes run Tuesdays 8pm and Thursdays at 7pm.

Boxing

A sweat session workout programmed with a partner, this class will leave you feeling satisfied and looking forward to the next workout. Learning boxing techniques and new workout routines, this personal trainer will push you to your goals. Tony also offers privates session and nutrition so guidance for those fitness goals you have. Classes run Thursdays at 7pm.

Pole Flow

Where else can you flick your hair, get a little saucy and wear the best heels you have? Pole Flow is dedicated dance routine based class that involves a pole. Open to beginners to advance leaves as we incorporating our hip hop style, floor work and a pole. This class is an absolute favourite and leaves you wanting more! Beginner/Intermediate classes run Saturdays at 10am, Intermediate/Advanced classes run Tuesdays 7pm.

Casual Hip Hop

Our urban hip hop classes focus on the fun and enjoyment of dance! Learn the coolest routines from our top hip hoppers! Perfect for all fitness levels and dance experience. Teens/Adults classes run Tuesdays at 6:15pm.

K-Pop (Korean Pop)

Learn popular dances from favourite K-pop groups like BTS, Blackpink, Stray Kids and more! All classes are beginner friendly and are open to all levels of dancers. Explore the many different styles that Korean Pop music has to offer, including: hip hop, pop, electric, soft pop and many more! Teens/Adults classes run Thursdays at 6pm.

Mat Conditioning

A low-impact, full body workout that will help you discover muscles you may never have known you had! Designed to be gentle on the body while still bringing on the sweat; you will find that you can move your body more fearlessly. Not only will Mat Conditioning help you build strength, flexibility and mobility but can also help improve sleep and stimulate feel-good endorphins. Classes run Thursdays at 6:15pm.
